What Is The Treatment For Itchy Acne Around The Mouth And Chin?

Hi I have dryed up red irritated skin along with acne around my mouth and chin area, I have used many over the counter medications and prescribed prescriptions to try to get rid of it and it just keeps getting worse. Any idea what the cause may be and or how to treat the affected area?
