What Is The Treatment For Itchy Bumps In The Thigh?

I started HCG shots under a doctor's supervision on 02/15/2011. I have only lost 15 pounds to date (03/20/2011). I have a diagnosed "mass" on my pituatary gland. 2 Questions, 1) Does the mass (which has not grown in 20 years and poses no "threat") hinder my ability to loose weight, and 2) my (very fat) thighs have gotten small bumps on them since I started hcg. My thighs itch! Should I be concerned?
