What Is The Treatment For Itchy Cuts And Bumps On The Labia?

Hi, i'm a 13 year old girl and i am having problems in my vaginal area.i have little cuts and bumps around my vagina.they do not bleed but they itch and burn when i use the bathroom a lot.Then there is always white stuff that looks like cottage cheese down there.Can you tell me if it was a yeast infection or something else?Thank you for your time and help.
