What Is The Treatment For Itchy Inner Labia Majora?

Hi I'm 15 and a virgin before you ask. Basically for about 6 months now, maybe once or twice every 2 weeks I get a slight itch on the inside on my right inner labia. when I touch it lightly it really starts to itch and hurt slightly. after maybe 10 seconds of scratching it (and yeh I know I probably shouldnt do that) it stays red and swollen for hourss. recently its stayed inflamed and slightly more painful for longer I don't know what it is, whether I need to see a doctor or just buy a cream or something (either way its majorly embarrassing!)
