What Is The Treatment For Itchy Rashes On The Feet?

I have severe itchy feet and palms, they were red and rashy at first, but after starting penacillin and predisone all the rash symptoms went away, but I can't stop the itching. The dermatologist says it is not scabies and has no idea what is wrong with me.
