What Is The Treatment For Itchy Reddish Ring Worm Rashes?

I have had a rash that started out looking like ring worm back in November. It's now larger. It's on the inner part of my right leg just above my knee. It has clear, occasionally pus filled pin hole size blisters, insane itching, burning, redness, flaky skin. It's not spread to anywhere else.
