What Is The Treatment For Itchy Scalp , Hair Loss And Eczema?

Hey im 20 years old male, and as of a month ago i noticed my hair was falling out more then normal, i became ill with the flu and then the hair started to fall out more and more each day.
I went to the doctors and they booked me in for a couple of blood tests thyroid iron etc but they all came back fine.
I have no history of baldness on either side of my family.
I just kinda pretended that its not happening any more and just hope it goes away as my doctor didnt really give me any advise.
But its still happening and i dont want to just let myself go bald if there is something i can do/wrong with me.
I have a itchy scalp and eczema on my neck. any advise would be great.
