What Is The Treatment For Itchy Swollen Lips?

I woke this morning with a itching sensation on my upper lip and right after i ate a fruit(I tasted wierd). It soon looked like small water bumps on my lips.They are now a little swollen and turning into one big water blister. Is this a definate cold sore or an allergic reaction from something?
