What Is The Treatment For Joint Pain , Hip Pain And Lower Back Pain?

Hi Doc! I have severe joint and hip pain, lower back pain. I have trouble walking as the pain shoots down my legs. My feet are sometimes numb and tingling. MRI shows:Mild marrow heterogenity. The SI joints appear normal, with no erosive changes, fusion or assosiated edema. Small bilateral hip joint effusions are noted, although hip joint spaces are maintained. No hip fracture or avascular necrosis is identified. Please help -
