What Is The Treatment For Kidney Infection?

I had been on antibiotics from a kidney infection for 10 days. I had been having sex with my partner during this time and I think i developed a yeast infection.. itching burning.. the usual symptoms for yeast infection so i did the 3 day treatment for it and it seems to be better. I little itching but no white discharge. Now Im bleeding lightly from my vagina. havent had periods in awhile had an ablasion done last year. I felt some lumpyness when i felt the insides of my vagina kind of like polyps or fibroids but not hard like fibroids i dont think. Ive had those before too. about the size of large grapes kinda squishy feeling. Im thinking that the last time i had intercourse I might have injured myself or irritated the lining of my vagina or something. my partner has a rather large penis. id appreciate your thoughts on this
