What Is The Treatment For Kidney Pain And High Levels Of Amorphous Phosphates In Urine?

I have experienced pain in my Kidney areas since 4/4/11 PM and they have been sore ever since. I had a UrineAnalisys done 4/6PM and the test came back with high levels of Amorphus Phosphates and the nurse-practitioner said to take Ibuprophen and to come back in if it gets worse.... well, I m still in pain, -whats going on?
