What Is The Treatment For Laser Removal Scar On The Face?

My sister has asked that I look into laser removal of a sebaceous cyst. She has had one before that was removed by surgery, however this one is on her face and she doesn't want such a big scar. Are there clinics in the UK that will do this treatment?
