What Is The Treatment For Left Arm Pain?

I get an acute pain on the inside of the middle of my left arm right next to the bone. It feels like it is about a centimeter big. I am 29 and have been in the Army for 6 years, I am physically active. Non smoker, light drinker. It is an acute throbbing pain, pretty sharp.
