What Is The Treatment For Little Boils On The Legs?

Yes, my 16 month old grandaughter has several little boils on her bottom and a few on her leg. Her tickled seems to have an odor that is a little racint. I have had her kidneys check and they were ok. but these boils is another question, I would appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you
