What Is The Treatment For Multiple Cavernous Hemangiomas?

I was diagnosed 6 years ago with multiple cavernous hamengiomas in my head. I recently within the last 6 months have had a lump appear in the centre of my forehead rapidly getting bigger. I get at times severe headaches mainly left sided and centre of head. I have been having episodes of numbness mainly on right side to the extent I fall to the ground on three occasions now when getting out of bed.
