What Is The Treatment For Nausea And Pain In The Rib Cage?

I am a 30 year old woman. I am having pain under my rib cage, and also to the right side. I have nausea pretty much all day. I am having what feels like cramps in my chest off and on. I feel worse after I eat- the pain is almost instant. Ultrasound did not show gallstones, having a HIDA/ Pipida (Sp) scan tomorrow to see at what level my gallbladder is functioning. Does this sound like the right track?
