What Is The Treatment For Neck And Ear Pain?

I have had a sudden onset of ocean sounds that graduated into changing harmonics of ringing in my right ear. The ear is numb and I can't hear very well. There is a slight ache from time to time from the upper neck and inner ear . I did have mild nasal drip that created a cough days before the hearing expereince. A chiropractor adjusted my neck to help with travel strain. The next morning I awoke with ocean sounds. Now, three days later I have little hearing, much ringing, but no pain except occasional slight ache. Should I be worried and do you suggest anything? Thank you
