What Is The Treatment For Neck Pain And Pain Behind The Ear?

hi my bp is 130 90 . I was having neck pain couple of days ago and reduced 3-4 days back. My face is twitching from yesterday & I am feeling pain at the back side of my rite ear on the head. Please suggest me if the pain & face twitching have anything to do with BP. And what are the likely causes.
