What Is The Treatment For Nephrotic Syndrome?

Hi, my friends smoke shisha and weed, ad I have always backed off smoking it, but I know one day that I will give in ad try it, I just want to be sure on a few things: I am on prednisilone steriods, can I smoke while taking them? I an also on mycophenelate mofetil (MMF) can i smoke while taking that? And I have a kidney disease called Neuphrotic syndrome, can I smoke while I have that?
