What Is The Treatment For Nose Bleed And Fever?

I have recently had scarlet fever (treated with antibiotics). My son was recently hospitalised for pneumonia (now recovered). For the last week i have had constant blood from nose whenever blown and i have had a fever of up to 102 degrees F for a week. I have also had an upset stomach and a sore palate. Any thoughts?
