What Is The Treatment For Nose Bleed?

I've been taking nasal spray for one year now (although only a very small amount each day), and decided to quit for a couple of weeks ago. After that, I've been having some nosebleeds now and then, only from my right nostril. It has also been relatively clogged up from time to time. Now I've got a cold, and my right nostril is going bananas. It's very clogged, and I'm getting 3-7 minute nosebleeds, 1-3 times aday. What can I do?
