What Is The Treatment For Nose Bleed?

ok so i've never had so many nose bleeds before, i rarely EVER get them, but for the past week or so during the morning approximately 9-11 AM i get them, their nothing major, but its worrying since im not prone to nose bleeds. i have nothing else, no headaches or throwing up as i've read elsewhere
