What Is The Treatment For Nose Bleed?

Hi Doctor I have one year boy baby, he has problem like blood is bleeding from both nose, twice in a month, so far 8 times happened. I checked with ENT specialist, he told everything is fine,but we need to do Endoscopy. Kindly advise shall I go for Endoscopy
