What Is The Treatment For Numbness And Pain In The Arm And Dizziness?

Hi I have a numb like annoying pain in my left arm. Slight dizziness with a mild headache and piercing needle like pain in my chest. I do have a history of high cholestrol but I have been taking Red Rice Yeast to get it under control. The prescription meds with the side effects don't mix well with me.
