What Is The Treatment For Numbness In The Head?

the right side of my head goes nomb every so often,about once or twice a week.It starts on the right side of my head and travels down the right side of my side.what do you think it is?I'm 60 and on bloodpressure meds.I'm 5'6" 125 lb.I feel pretty good until this happens.It only last about 15 secondsI feel ok after it goes away.
