What Is The Treatment For Open Sores In The Face?

i need help. I'm 19 years old and i have over the last two weeks had open sores appear on my face. they look likes cuts and scab over but they will not heal, and if they do they take a long time to heal. It is starting to spread across my face and is more predominant on one side.
