What Is The Treatment For Ovarian Cyst And Back Pain?

I have a ovarian cyst on the right and left ovary. The doctor thinks the right cyst may have ruptured. But the cyst was 1.4 cm in the emergency room last night. today I walked about a mile and the cyst on the left side is bubbling, severe pain, alot of heaviness, and I have a bad backache in the lower part of my back. Could anything be wrong?
