What Is The Treatment For Ovarian Cyst?

hi , i'm married since 1 year and a half and i'm planning to have my first baby but unfotunately i found that i have small ovarian cysts .what is your advice regarding that issue? my gyne told me that i have to take clomid to enhance ovulation but i know that one of his side effects is multiple pregnancy. is it possible to take diane for 3 or 4 months then try to get pregnant after that?
