What Is The Treatment For Pain After Intercourse?

Hello, Dr. Jain. I am a 20 year old female. I was having sex with my boyfriend without a condom, instead he pulled out. Worried that anything might have gone through, i went to the bathroon to wash out my whole vaginal area with water and antibacterial handsoap. Five minutes later, we had sex again and it became very painful. After orgasm, i went to urinate, but I felt a stinging sensation. My vulva also looks red. Nothing like this has happened before. What could have caused this?
