What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Belly Button And Pelvic Region?

I am experiencing pain in my belly button and pelvic regions. I got this sharp pain, and i sat down for a while until the pain subsided. Then when i thought the pain was gone, i played a game of kickball, jumped up in the air to catch a ball, and felt sharp pain from my belly button to my pelvic region. It hurt incredibly, like i was straining a muscle or something.
