What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Chest And Rib Cage?

hi i have pain in my left breast area close to my armpit and it goes down right under my left rib area.. it comes and goes every day and it is a very uncomfortable pain. also when the pain is occuring if i breath in deep it hurts even more like a stabbing pain, also my period is 5 days late.
