What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Chest And Upper Back?

i had bronchities then it turned into pluerosy and i have been on prednazone steriords for six days now and my chest and upper back is still verry painfull to touch i fill as if i have been run over by a truck or beaten my skin is so tender is this normal
