What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Elbow And Wrist?

I have been having pain on both my elbows and wrists. Most specifically the left arm. Sometimes I feel my left elbow, the joint is swollen. This has been going on for a couple of months if not more. I did go to chiropractor so my hip pelvic lower back pain is gone. Yet my arm still keeps hurting. When I went to the chiropratcor, my arm was not my main complaint so it was not mentioned. Yet the discomfort is all day and I feel when the temp is cold or in the car with the ac, that it hurts more. I am constantly taking motrin. I am a member of Curves so I do exercise and do Zumba 2X a week.
