What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Head And Dizziness?

I have been in hospital A and E on Friday night after a few unbearable days of burning pain in back of head, stiff neck severe dizziness and red sore spots on scalp. All obs normal. They put the redness and lesions down to contact dermatitis and have booked MRI of neck and head for Wed. After mild improvement following complete rest today I have just exprienced a sudden diziness followieodl by a strong thump in my mid back centre. Very frightening. Now sitting in cafe. What should I do? Could this be spinal? Spine has felt stiff. I don't want to rush to A and E again as they have already decided I am not an emergency and I have been inclined to accept that
