What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Head?

last night i hit the top of my head on the corner of the table, i was bending down to pick something up and stood up and smacked my head. Everything went black for a second and i saw stars but i never lost consciousness. my head did bleed a little bit, but has since stopped. all day today my neck has been hurting (i'm assuming from the impact) as well as the back of my head, which worries me since i hit the top. acedomemeniphine dulls the pain, and my head is really red where i hit it. i havent experenced vision or memory loss, should i get it checked out, or did i just whack myself really good?
