What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Pelvic Bone?

i have looked around online for a similar problem of my own but i haven't found one..im not to keen on seeing a doctor face to face as it would be really uncomftorable for me.. so il give this a shot.

im 17 and just under average height (sorry im not sure of my exact height) and abit underwieght, and have been out of sports for a few years, and recently started up again.. but i recently started getting this pain.. it feels like a vein of some sort when i feel around.. its on both sides of my pubic bone, and runs up past my hip bone (following my bellys outline shape which is a the shape of a V ).. the pain is like the vein is really tight, and when i kick the ball / run i get a sharp pain running along the vein, also it hurts the most if i was to twist my legs.. im quite underwieght but i have a quite tonned aswell.. please help :/
