What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Scrotum And Penis?

I recently purchased a leather bicycle saddle and noticed a mild pinching sensation behind my scrotal region while riding. A few days later during sex, my scrotum became inflammed and black and blue in color. There is a very sensitive to touch line (blood vessel?) running from behind my scrotum, up and around it, and toward my penis. Any feedback?
