What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Shin During Pregnancy?

I'm 10 weeks pregnant, and after an 10 hour waitressing shift yesterday, both my shins began to hurt. Flexing a foot is painful, as is walking; and its in the front of my calf, not the muscle. I'm wondering if these are the leg pains common in pregnant women? Could it be from standing too long, especially since I've already gained a few pounds?
