What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Testicle , Thigh And Lower Back?

please advice me for groin pain. I have done ultrasound of abdomen and results are normal. My urine test is also normal.

I have pain in my left testicles and in the left thigh and lower back pain sometime during the day. At this moment I have no pain.
