What Is The Treatment For Penis Problems?

Hi! im a 23 male uncircumcised and also haven't have sex ever. 4 days ago some strange things have been happening first a pocket or water like appeared on the head of my penis, it burst on it own i was fallowed by another same reaction each lasting at least 24hr. now i see secretion of yellowish type and also right at (the lips) is a red spot. also my pennis head is coated not entirely with white type but if i try and wash it off it leaven the place raw. no other pockets of water like appeared since.
