What Is The Treatment For Penis Vein Problem?

Sir,I have a Problem in my pennis,that I think that I have vrrycose vain at the end,that ia actuvalli my pannis cont open from the skin,juas like a sring the vains are holding and I get pain when i try to push out of the top skin and getting more pain,ane I canot have intercourse because of lots of pain,I am 60 years old,last 3 months I am facing this problem,feeling shy to express outside will you please advise me.
