What Is The Treatment For Pimples , Black Spots And Oily Skin?

sir can you help me please?i am very suffering from pimples and black spots on my face,back and shoulders,my skin is very oily and sensitive.My age is 24,height 160cm,weight 47 and female.I have no more use for oily foods,chocolates and icecreams.I completed 30 tablets doxycycline,clindamycin gel and two times peel off treatment under the dermatologist,but this could not cure my problems.This problem started for one year.what can i do for this problem sir?
