What Is The Treatment For Pimples In The Face?

hi i m at end of 7th week pregnancy,,i got pimples on my face,,,i already had pimple before pregnaacy,,,can someone help me to get rid of this problem,,,becuz i can't even wash my face properly becuz its hurting me,,,its a big problem for me,,,,.pls help??
