What Is The Treatment For Pink Color Discharge During Menstruation?

Hi my name is latonja.I usually have a good flow of blood on my cycle.THis month i came a day early but it started off as spotting (light pink). The next day it came out a little darker.This continued for 2 days then it started spotting again for 3 more days.Sometimes in the morning i will feel a little nauseated.Even when i go to the bathroom blood barely gets on the tissue. Could this be a sign of pregnancy?
