What Is The Treatment For Polycystic Ovary Syndrome?

iam 27yrs old diagnosed as pcod in march 2011 so that much Dr suggested me to take glycomet and also clomid only for one cycle but still did not get pregnant .but for 2months i got regular periods [27th march and 30 april]but in the month of may i missed the period iam now only on glycomet.on 10june 2011 i did hpt but it came negative what must be reason?i dont have thyriod or any hormonal imbalance .please tell me what must be reason behind it ?iam very much depressed.
