I am 31 years old.I got married 2years ago. from the begining I am facing problem during sex with .

My problems are:

1. Sometime I got ejaculation within a short time.

2. most of the time I lost erection without ejaculation

3.If I take medicine then I am fine sex.medicne like Vitamin E with other like Powervit.

4.after first ejaculation iI do not get erection for long time.

5.I get erection easily but it is not long lasting.



What is the solution of my problem.Is there any parmanent solution.or I have to take medincine for whole life.
