I recentlu went in for exploratary lapascrope surgrey dr. Found that my ovary had fallen under my uterus with adhesions attachinh ovary to my uterus. Why did my ovary fall under my uterus. I am 23 years old. Dr. Cut the adhesions and pushed ovary back up. He also told my husband that gravity is going to want to pull it back down. Will it fall again or will it stay in place?
