What Is The Treatment For Psoriasis?

I have psoriasis. I have a couple of small patches on my forearm... I responded to a fight at work last night, with a lot of blood. After it was all over with I noticed I had blood on my arm.. I was informed afterwards the person had Hep C. The patches are not open, bleeding or draining of any sorts. Do I need to be concerned?
