What Is The Treatment For Rash In The Groin Area?

The history you have given is not sufficient to come to a exact diagnosis.I would like to know following points :
1) Does your lesions on face also itchy. Yes, very itchy
2) Do you have pustules on the face too. yes pustules in a cluster in lesions ( cheeks,behind ears, forehead ( approx size of a quarter) been washing frequently throughout all weekend.
3) How long you have been having all this...Groin rash started about 6 months ago - itchy
anus about 4 months - and facial about 2 weeks in the current state.
