What Is The Treatment For Rashes On Groin With Severe Itching?

Hi doctor I do have rashes on my groin nd on thighs looks like jock itch but spreading alot with itching. at present iam using keto soap,Fluca-150mg and candid total ointment. but no change so can I use lobate cream instead of candid total or lamisil or can u please suggest me any for fast relief nd how the dark shades can disappear on the infection.
